ČORBA OD PRAZILUKA SA MLEVENIM MESOM

Sastojci:  

2-3 struka praziluka                                                                                                                     

1 veliki krompir                                                                                                                       

1 kašika ulja                                                                                                                                       100 gr sitno naseckane ili mlevene piletine                                                                   

1 kašika paradajz  pirea                                                                                                                   

2 šolje vode                                                                                                                        

so i mleveni biber po ukusu                                                                                                          


Priprema:                                                                                                                                       Oljušteni krompir iseći na kockice, a praziluk dobro oprati od zemlje, pa ga iseći na tanke kolutove, ne deblje od ½ cm.                                                                                                   Na vrelom ulju propržiti mleveno meso da porumeni, posoliti, pobiberiti, pa dodati paradajz pire i promešati. 

Dodati mlevenom mesu kockice krompira i kolutove praziluka, pržiti još 2-3 minuta, pa naliti vodu i kuvati oko 20 minuta na srednjoj temperaturi.
