WURST IM BIER-KOBASICE U PIVU

Izbor kobasica zavisi od regije, ali se jelo pravi u svim krajevima Nemačke.


Sastojci za 4 osobe:                                                                                                     

4 para svežih kobasica                                                                                                            

6 srednje velikih glavica crnog luka                                                                                   

1,5 šolja piva, oko 300 ml.                                                                                                      

1 ljuta papričica po želji                                                                                                              

so i mleveni crni biber po ukusu                                                                                   

malo ulja                                                                                                                       

 po želji, malo svežeg peršuna ili neke druge začinske biljke za dekoraciju


Priprema:                                                                                                                                             Kobasice propržiti na vrelom ulju, ne moraju skroz da budu ispržene. Izvaditi ih sa strane na tanjir, a na istoj masnoći propržiti luk naseckan na rebarca, da se dobro uprži. Posoliti i pobiberiti.                                            

Kad je luk spreman, prebaciti pola u đuvečaru, staviti preko njega kobasice, pa prekriti preostalim lukom, naliti pivo i još malo ulja, pa staviti u zagrejanu rernu da se peče oko 20 minuta na 180 stepeni.                        

Poslužiti vruće, posuto seckanim peršunom, može uz neki pire ili malo kuvane testenine i kriglu piva.
