KUBANSKA SALATA

Ne znam da li je zaista ovo tipična kubanska salata, kako rekoše u jednoj kulinarskoj emisiji, ali ja sam je tako napravila, po njihovom receptu.


Sastojci:                                                                                                                                                500 gr. ili 3-4 srednje velika paradajza                                                                              

1 glavica crnog ili crvenog luka                                                                                                   

4-5 rotkvica                                                                                                                                      

1 mala glavica zelene salate                                                       

2 čena belog luka                                                                                                               

za preliv:                                                                                                                                     

2 kašike belog vinskog sirćeta                                                                                   

1 dcl.maslinovog ulja                                                  

sok od 1 limete                                                                                                          

so i biber po ukusu


Priprema:

Listove zelene salate oprati, otresti višak vode i rukom iscepkati na male komade, staviti u činiju ili na tanjir za serviranje.

Paradajz naseći oštrim nožem na krugove debljine oko 5 mm. 

Rotkvice i crni luk naseći na tanje krugove.

Sve staviti u činiju preko salate.

Pripremiti preliv: sipatu u činijicu maslinovo ulje, sirće i sok limete, dodati vrlo sitno naseckan ili narendan beli luk, posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu, promešati.

Sipati preliv preko salate u činiji i dobro promešate, ohladiti, pa poslužiti. Može da se servira i ovako:
