KORMA PILETINA


Sastojci:                                                                                                             

600 gr.belog mesa                                                                                                                  

250 gr.jogurta                                                                                                      

1 kašika ulja                                                                        

400 gr.crnog luka                                                                                                                

4 naseckana čena belog luka                                                                                                   

20 gr.korena đumbira                                                                                                        

12 mahuna kardamoma                                                                                              

1 kašika ml.kumina                                                                                                            

1 kašika ml.korijandera                                                                                                         

½ kašičice ml.kurkume                                                                                                    

¼ kašičice ljute tucane paprike                                                                                    

1 lovor list                                                                                                                

1 kašika brašna                                                                                                      

prstohvat šafrana                                                                                                

1 kašičica šećera                                                                                                               

½ kašičice soli                                                                                                                 

3 kašike pavlake za kuvanje


Priprema:

Belo meso iseći na 8-9 komada, pobiberiti i sipati jogurt da sve prekrije, ostaviti da se hladi od 30 min. do 6 sati.                                                                                                  

Ulje zagrejati, dodati naseckan crni luk, naseckani beli luk, narendani đumbir, poklopiti i dinstati 15 min. uz mešanje da ne zagori.                                                                 

Kad je dinstanje pri kraju, dodati istucani kardamom, kumin, korijander, kurkumu, ljutu papričicu, lovor i prstohvat ml. karanfilića. Dinstati još 5 minuta.                      

Izmešati brašno, šafran, šećer i so, dodati 300-500 ml. hladne vode, sve dobro izmešati i staviti da provri, neka se kuva uz mešanje 10 min. Dodati pavlaku za kuvanje.              

Iz dinstanog luka izvaditi list lovora, pa sve izmiksirati u gladak sos, koji onda izmešati sa kuvanim brašnom.                                                                                                      

Sa marinirane piletine otresti višak jogurta,  staviti piletinu u pripremljeni sos koji vri da se kuva 10 minuta uz mešanje, tj. dok meso ne omekša. Onda može da se servira.
