KELKAPOSZTA FOZELEK I FOZELEK OD KROMPIRA

Još 2 recepta za fozelek, ne zna se koji je ukusniji.


FOZELEK OD KUPUSA:

Sastojci:                                                                                                                            

1 glavica kupusa od 1 kg                                                                                

1 glavica crnog luka                                                                                                   

2 kašike ulja                                                                                                                

2 kašike paradajz paste                                                                                                      

½ litra paradajz soka+1/2 litra vode                                                                            

so i biber po ukusu                                                                                   

1 kašičica mlevenog kima                                                                                                

za zgušnjavanje:                                                                                                                             

3 kašike brašna                                                                                                           

2 kašike ulja                                                                                                            

1 kašika aleve paprike                                                                                                  

 200 ml vode


Priprema:

Kupus iseckati na što tanja rebarca.                                                                                        

Luk iseći na rebarca.                                                                                                           

U šerpi zagrejati ulje, na njemu propržiti luk dok ne postane staklast, pa dodati paradajz pastu, mešati da se prži još 3-4 minuta.                                                          

Onda u šerpu staviti naseckani kupus, promešati, poklopiti i ostaviti da se dinsta 10-15 minuta bez dolivanja vode.                                                                                              

Nakon toga naliti paradajz sok, doliti pola litra vode, posoliti, pobiberiti po ukusu, dodati i kašičicu mlevenog kima, ako želite dodajte kašičicu šećera da umanjite kiselost paradajza, ostavite da se kuva dok kupus ne bude mekan.                                                

Pripremite zapršku-na zagrejanom ulju propržite brašno, dodajte alevu papriku, promešajte brzo i odmah nalijte 200 ml vode, neka se sve prokuva 2-3 minuta.

Tu masu ulijte u skuvani kupus i ostavite da sve prokuva još 5 minuta.

Proverite ukus i gustinu pre serviranja, doterajte po svom ukusu.                                     Poslužite uz komade pečenih rebara.




FOZELEK OD KROMPIRA:

Sastojci za 4 osobe:                                                                                                             

700 gr krompira                                                                               

2 kašike ulja                                                                                                                    

1 kašičica aleve paprike                                                                                                    

2 kašičice majorana                                                                                                                

2 lista lovora                                                                                                 

so i biber po ukusu                                                                                   

Za zgušnjavanje:                                                                                                                         

200 ml kisele pavlake                                                                                         

1 kašika brašna                                                                                                                            

so i biber po ukusu


Priprema:                                                                                                      

Krompir naseckajte na kockice.                                                                                   

Zagrejte ulje, pa pažljivo dodajte alevu paprika i kockice krompira. Promešajte minut-dva, pa nalijte vodom da krompir bude pokriven bar 1 prst vodom. Posolite, pobiberite, stavite majoran i lovor, pa ostavite da se kuva dok se krompir ne skuva. To je oko 25 minuta.

Pripremite zapršku-pomešajte brašno sa kiselom pavlakom, dodajte jednu kutlaču tečnosti od kuvanja krompira, promešajte da se sve sjedini, pa tu masu sipajte u jelo kad je krompir skuvan, ostavite da se kuva još 5 minuta, samo da se i brašno skuva, a jelo zgusne.

Servirajte vruće sa ćufticama od mlevenog mesa, ja mleveno meso samo začinim solju i biberom i propržim.
