FOZELEK OD ŽUTE BORANIJE-ZÖLDBABFŐZELÉK I TÖKFŐZELEK

Još dva recepta za popularno mađarsko jelo fozelek-od žute boranije i žutih tikvica.


Sastojci za fozelek od žute boranije:      

500 gr smrznute ili sveže žute boranije                                                                     

1 glavica crnog luk                                                                                                                       

3-4 kašike brašna                                                                                                                     

1 kašika aleve paprike                                                                         

1-2 čena belog luka                                                                                                         

1 paradajz                                                                                                                             

200 ml kisele pavlake                                                                                                 

so i biber po ukusu                                                                                                        

2 kašike seckanog peršuna


Priprema:                                                                                                                                             Boraniju stavite da se skuva u vodi sa paradajzom isečenim na 3-4 krupnija komada. 

Dok se to kuva, na zagrejanom ulju se propržite sitno naseckani crni luk, dodajte mu brašno, alevu papriku i naseckani.                                                                                      

Kad se to malo propržilo-pazite da paprika ne zagori, sklonite sa ringle i dodajte 2-3 kutlače tečnosti od kuvanja boranije.                                                                                 

Promešajte da se to lepo sjedini, pa tu masu ulijte u kuvanu boraniju, prethodno izvadite paradajz, on se ne koristi u gotovom jelu. Posolite, pobiberite i dodajte seckani peršun i kiselu pavlaku.                                                                  

Neka baci još jedan ključ, pa poslužite uz prženu kobasicu isečenu na kolutove.               




Sastojci za fozelek od žutih tikvica:

1 kg žute tikvice                                                                                                

1 veći crni luk                                                                                                                     

1 paradajz                                                                                                                                

1 čen belog luka                                                                                                

so i biber po ukusu                                                                    

3 kašike ulja                                                                                          

200 ml kisele pavlake                                                                                                                   

4 kašike brašna                                                                                                       

1 kašika aleve paprike                                                                                                               

1 kašika sitno naseckane mirođije po želji


Priprema:                                                                                                                                             Prvo oljuštite tikvice i izvadite sredinu sa semankama.

Narendajte onaj čvrsti deo i ostavite sa strane. 

Zagrejte ulje u šerpi, pa propržite sitno naseckani crni luk, kad postane staklast, dodajte brašno i mešajte dok brašno ne dobije zlatastu boju.                                      

Onda sipajte sitno naseckani beli luk i alevu papriku, brzo mešajte da ne zagori paprika, samo oko pola minuta, odmah dodajte narendane tikvice, promešajte, pa nalijte vodom, oko 1/2 litra. Ako to ne bude dovoljno, dodaćete kasnije još malo.

Ostavite jelo da se kuva 30 minuta na nižoj temperaturi, povremeno promešajte.          

Posle tog vremena u jelo stavite kiselu pavlaku, naseckanu mirođiju, posolite i pobiberite. Pustite da još jednom jelo provri i sklonite sa ringle.                                             

Poslužite ovaj fozelek sa prženicama od hleba.
