CAJUN DEVILED EGSS- KAJUNSKA ĐAVOLJA JAJA

Sastojci:                                                                                                                         

Za panirana jaja:                                                    

6  jaja

60 gr majoneza                                                                                   

1 kašika senfa                                                                         

2 kisela krastavčića                                                                                        

crveni tabasco sos, količina po ukusu  

so, biber, beli luk u prahu, dimjena paprika, majčina dušica  sve po ukusu         

za pohovanje:                                                                                       

2 jajeta, brašno, prezle                                 

ulje za prženje   

Za dekoraciju:

malo seckanog peršuna i ljutog sosa                                                                                 

Priprema:                                                                                                                        

Skuvajte jaja, oljuštite ih, prepolovite oštrim nožem pazeći da belanca ostanu cela i odvojite žumanca.

Žumanca izmešajte viljuškom ili u secku sa majonezom, senfom, krastavčićima, začinima i tabasco sosom.                                          

Belanca uvaljajte u brašno, pa u jaja, pa u prezle i ispržite u dubokom ulju. Prebacite na salvetu da se ocede od viška ulja i da se malo prohlade.

Nafilujte pohovana belanca filom od žumanaca, poprskajte ljutim sosom, dekorišite peršunom, pa servirajte.                                                              

Jaja su odlična i sutradan, pa ih možete pripremiti i dan ranije.
