BRAZILSKA SALATA

Neki poznati kuvari rekoše da je ovo tipična brazilska salata, mada svakako nije tradicionalna, više deluje moderno. U svakom slučaju, salata je jako ukusna i sasvim je dovoljna kao lagani ručak.


Sastojci za 2-3 osobe:                                                                                                                 

200 gr kupusa                                                                                                                         

2 manje šargarepe                                                                                                             

2 supene kašike suvog grožđa                                                                                                   

100 gr kukuruza iz konzerve                                                                                

200 gr belog mesa                                                                           

200 gr majoneza                                                                                                      

so i biber po ukusu

malo svežeg peršuna


Priprema:                                                                                                                                             Meso skuvati i iseći na sitnije kockice.

Šargarepu narendati, a kupus vrlo tanko naseći na trakice.

Suvo grožđe natopiti u toploj vodi desetak minuta, pa ocediti.

Peršun sitno naseckati.

Sve sastojke staviti u činiju, posoliti i pobiberiti, pa rukom malo izgnječiti da povrće pusti sok.

Tek onda dodati majonez i sve dobro sjediniti.

Poslužiti da bude sobne temperature.
